Task Division started out with us saying, “Wouldn’t it be great if…” There simply was not an easy way to find, hire, and manage quality freelance workers to do back-office work. We just wanted someone to handle the routine office work without adding to expensive payroll and long to-hire searches. We realized there were many small business owners like us doing work others should be doing.
The challenge is that back-office work requires a worker to wear many hats, a real hard find. We realized there needs to be a way to hire on-demand workers with specific skills. Existing freelance sites require too much searching time to find freelancers, leaving you to then manage them all. We thought, wouldn’t it be great if you could just go to one company to find the quality workers you need and manage them for you?
